Adults

It’s never too late to learn to row

Ever wondered how it would feel to glide across the water in a rowing shell?
Intrigued by those rowers you’ve seen on Biscayne Bay?
Come get a taste of what rowing is all about.

Rowing is a healthy sport for life

  • All major muscles groups are used for a full body workout.
  • A passive water-sport, rowing is environmentally friendly.
  • Age is not a consideration, many adult rowers start when they want to revitalize their lifestyle.
