Based on the 2012 success of the summer elite camp, with four medals at Club Nationals, MRC has decided to expand the program and include both girls and boys in Junior B (16 or under) as well as Junior A (high school this calendar year) categories.
Top MRC rowers as well as qualified rowers from other schools and clubs are invited subject to Head Coach review of qualifications and acceptance.
Practice starts mid June and the program ends after Club Nationals in mid July. Practices are 2 or 3 times a day every day until departure for nationals. Snacks and drinks are provided during and after practice.
Housing for out of town students will be arranged ahead of time at a local rowers residence and will involve a reasonable fee.
The fee will be published in April and will include air travel to/from Philly as well as all hotel and most meal costs.
Registration will close at the end of April.

The Miami Rowing Club is a reflection of our South Florida community. Rowers of all ages, skills and ambitions meet at the boathouse and on the water to enjoy a sport that is meant for our tropical climate.
The rowing community at large thrives on a spirit of contribution based on camaraderie and cooperation. Members of MRC are also encouraged to volunteer and participate in helping the “rowing community” as part of the rowing experience. Come join us on the water soon!
The MIAMI INTERNATIONAL REGATTA, hosted by MRC since 1973, attracts many competitors, spectators and media each year offering both good racing and an enjoyable way to experience the rowing community.
