The first Miami Rowing and Watersports Center crew to race at Henley
For the first time, two MRWC crews raced at Henley Royal Regatta on the Thames — an event running since 1839. The MRWC quad prequalified for the Fawley Cup on the strength of its season at home. That is the ceiling this programme can reach when it is funded.

We are determined to build a stronger future together by promoting a culture of solidarity and cooperation.
The Blue Blazer is the club's fundraiser — dinner, dancing, live and silent auction. It's where scholarships get funded, where boats get bought, and where the rowing families and the people who back them end up in the same room.

Honoring Luc’s Legacy
A scholarship born from his spirit
In the wake of Luc’s passing, the MRWC community came together to create something lasting in his name — carrying forward the qualities that defined him, not just as a rower, but as a person. Each year a high school student is recognised whose life reflects what Luc embodied: resilience on the water, kindness off it, and an unshakeable commitment to those around them.
Awarded to one student rower from MRWC, covering tuition for a full rowing season. Recognises athletic growth, leadership and dedication to the program.
A living tribute, renewed each year so that Luc’s spirit continues to shape the lives of those who carry it forward.
