Middle school program
The focus of the middle school program is to provide an effective and pleasant introduction to the sport of rowing and at the same time prepare the young athletes physically for the rigors they will encounter in high school rowing. Boys and Girls learn to sweep and scull in singles, doubles, fours and eights. They also participate in strenuous land training.
PRACTICE:
Two, Three or Four days a week plans are available with practice running from 4:30 to 6 pm. In exceptional cases, the head coach may invite specific Middle Schoolers to participate in the high school competitive program.
